  1. IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!

  3.         QMX 1.10 and earlier do *not* restrict the user uploading
  4. files into a directory other than the \QMX subdirectory!  PLEASE:
  5. be sure to replace your 1.10 (or earlier) version immediately!!!!
  6.  
  7.         This new 1.20 vesion will not accept any pathnames at all
  8. on the uploaded files by using DSZ's "restrict" parameter.  (it's
  9. not possible to use pathnames on the user side if this option has
  10. been specified...)
  11.  
  12.         There are *no* updates other than this to the program but
  13. the patches published for QMX 1.10 are no longer needed.
  14.  
  15.         The documentation files have not been updated...
  16.  
  17.         Please take the time to notify any other QMX SysOps local
